Where you could contribute
Our teams work across four areas. The roles below introduce the work and responsibilities at DF; current vacancies should be confirmed with the team.
Welcome customers, prepare and serve products, and keep the store clean, hygienic and safe. Managers also guide their teams, develop people and oversee daily store performance, following DF’s Operations Manual.
A friendly approach, teamwork and care for the customer experience matter in every service role.
Prepare donuts and baked treats in an orderly, efficient production process. The team looks after ingredient freshness, product quality, hygiene, safe use of equipment and adherence to production procedures.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Load and deliver products to our branches each day, helping the network receive its products on time. Safe driving and keeping vehicles ready and clean are part of the responsibility.
Reliability, careful handling and attention to vehicle condition are central to the role.
Keep facilities and equipment working through preventive maintenance, repairs and attention to sanitation. The role supports safe, dependable operations across the business.
Electromechanical, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance experience is required.
